Shipping policy

Deskforge is an Australian business and we ship from Australian warehouses. That is the whole point — you should not have to wait three weeks for desk gear.

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment clearing. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery within Australia is 2–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and the carrier (Australia Post or Aramex). Metro areas are typically faster than regional and remote areas.

Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address. Any current free-shipping threshold will be shown in your cart.

Tracking

Every order is sent with tracking. If your tracking has not updated within 3 business days of dispatch, contact us via our Contact page and we will chase it up for you.

Delays

Occasionally carriers experience delays outside our control, such as weather events or peak periods. If your parcel is running late, get in touch and we will help track it down.
